Laduree - Restaurant

This fairly new Paris institution is a must. What started as a bakery known for their amazing, colorful macaroons is now a full service restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beware: there is always a line to get in so be prepared to wait but know that it will be SO worth it. I recommend going for afternoon tea and one of their gourmet macaroon sundae-like creations. The atmosphere alone is amazing; the entire building is decorated in a Victorian theme with macaroons everywhere. Their biggest location on the Champs-Elysees is a great place to take a Parisian break during an afternoon of shopping!
